On its 20th anniversary, Chili's relocated its premises in Condado, keeping its location in the busy area, but moving to a new, more accessible space. Chili's Condado was the first Chili's restaurant to open its doors in Puerto Rico in September 1994 in 1004 Ashford Avenue. The new location has about 5,500 square feet of space that will accommodate some 220 people in 1451 Ashford Avenue, opposite Saint John's School and close to Presbyterian Hospital premises.

Chili 's offers a fun atmosphere in a distinctive and energetic atmosphere and this new space has a unique design, different from all the other locations, where people can enjoy a more modern restaurant with the flexibility to become a space outdoors when there is good weather. It has an outdoor bar area which is perfect when coming out of the beach and many TV screens so the sports fans will be fully accommodated as well.

Our signature menu will be available which highlights the Sizzling Fajitas and Baby Back Ribs, and a variety of delicious appetizers, salads, steaks, Margaritas and desserts - like our delicious Molten Chocolate Cake.
