San Jorge Parish

 

This glorious neo gothic style temple was built in 1920 and since it has been a favorite to celebrate baptisms, weddings, funeral masses, communions, and other Catholic services and events. This Catholic Parish offers masses in Spanish and, as a community church it happily welcomes visitors and tourists. Masses, offered by Father Pedro Luis Reyes Lebrón, take place daily: Monday to Friday 7:00 am and 5:30 pm; Saturday 5:30 pm; Sunday 9:00 and 11:00 am, and 6:00 pm. Confessions: Monday to Friday 5:00 to 5:30 pm, Saturday 4:00 to 5:30 pm, and Sunday 8:30 to 9:00 am, 10:30 to 11:00 am, and 5:30 to 6:00 pm.

Exposition of the Holy Eucharist: Adoration of The Holy Eucharist, Tuesday and Thursday 8:00 am to 12:00 noon, and 3:00 to 5:00 pm; 1st Friday of every month, from 4:00 to 5:30 pm.

Visits to the sick and holy anointing are offered, as well as sacramental preparation classes. Couples require an appointment with the priest at least five months before the date of the wedding. Baptisms take place the first Sundays of every month after the 11:00 am mass.
